In order to use the services of Spectrun, you should read and abide by the "Spectrun User Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement"). Please read carefully and fully understand the terms of this agreement before proceeding any further, especially the terms in bold that draw your attention. Your use of the e-commerce platforms of various brands under Spectrun is deemed to have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement.
When you complete the registration process or use a third-party account to log in to the Spectrun platform and use the services of the Spectrun platform, it is deemed that you have fully read and understood this agreement, and are voluntarily bound by this agreement. In the process of reading this agreement, if you do not agree with this agreement or any of its terms, please immediately stop the registration process and stop using the Spectrun platform services.
This "Special Note" is an integral part of the text of this agreement.
1. Definition
1.1 E-commerce platforms of various brands under Spectrun: refers to the e-commerce platforms operated by Spectrun (Xiamen) Brand Management Co., Ltd. or its affiliated companies, including but not limited to websites related to the SPECTRUN brand (eg http://www.spectrun .cn/), and the WeChat mall of Spectrun’s brand.
1.2 Spectrun: refers to the operator of the brand e-commerce platforms operated by Spectrun (Xiamen) Brand Management Co., Ltd. or its affiliated companies, that is, Spectrun (Xiamen) Brand Management Co., Ltd. or its affiliated companies. As an e-commerce platform operator, Spectrun only provides you with product sales and membership services. Based on the needs of platform management and protection of consumer interests, Spectrun fulfills its commitments to you in special circumstances or in accordance with platform rules. Compensation liability (compensation methods include but are not limited to the issuance of long-term valid cash coupons without threshold), but this does not mean that Spectrun shall bear any legal liabilities related to this (including but not limited to joint and several liability, guarantee liability, supplementary liability and etc.).
1.3 Spectrun User Service Agreement: This agreement refers to the agreement between you and Spectrun to agree that you log in, use the Spectrun platform, place orders, purchase goods, pay for goods, receive goods, etc. through the Spectrun platform. A written contract of rights and obligations between you and Spectrun during the entire online shopping process.
1.4 Spectrun rules: including all kinds of rules, norms, rule interpretations, implementation rules, notices, announcements, etc. that have been issued or may be released or revised by Spectrun in the future.
2. Scope and changes of the agreement
2.1 Scope of the agreement: the e-commerce platforms of all brands under Spectrun. The Spectrun Rules are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the text of the Agreement.
2.2 Changes to the Agreement. In order to provide you with better services, Spectrun will adjust this agreement accordingly according to business changes. Spectrun will publicize the revised content in advance in accordance with legal regulations. Once the revised agreement is implemented, it will completely replace the agreement before the revision. You should pay attention to and understand the revisions, announcements, reminders, etc. of this agreement in a timely manner. If you do not agree to the revised agreement, please stop using the Spectrun platform immediately, otherwise it will be deemed that you agree and fully accept the revised agreement.
3. User Account
3.1 Capability. Before registering the user account of the e-commerce platform of various brands under Spectrun, you should and promise that you have the civil capacity that is compatible with your behavior as stipulated by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
3.2 Login method. You can use the e-commerce platforms of various brands of e-commerce platforms under e-commerce by registering user accounts of e-commerce platforms of e-commerce brands under e-commerce.
3.3 Account Registration. When registering the e-commerce user accounts of various brands under Spectrun, you should provide true and valid information (including name, email address, contact number, contact address, etc.); at the same time, you should ensure the continuous validity of the above information, once the information changes, you should update it in time; otherwise, you should bear the relevant adverse consequences and all losses caused by false information provided and invalid contact information, and reserve the right to terminate the service provided to you.
3.4 Account custody. Your account is set up and kept by you, and we will never ask you to provide your account password at any time. All consequences caused by your improper custody of account and password will be borne by you. Any successful login and use of the e-commerce platforms of various brands under Spectrun through your account number and password is considered your use; you should be legally responsible for all activities and consequences of your account. You are not allowed to transfer or authorize others to use your account in any form without authorization. Spectrun is not responsible for the losses and consequences caused by your voluntary disclosure or lending of account information or due to attacks and frauds by others. You can contact us through Judicial, administrative and other remedies to recover from the infringer.
4. Purchase of Goods and/or Services
4.1 Confirmation of order information. When you purchase goods or services on the e-commerce platforms of various brands under Spectrun, please be sure to carefully the name, price, quantity, model, specification, size or service time, content, and restrictive requirements of the purchased goods and other important matters, and verify your contact address, phone number, consignee and other information when placing an order. If the consignee you fill out is not yourself, you will be responsible for the legal consequences of the consignee's behavior and of intention.
4.2 Transaction order. Your purchase behavior should be based on real consumer needs, and you are not allowed to engage in malicious purchases, malicious rights protection and other behaviors that disrupt the normal transaction order of the e-commerce platforms of various brands under Spectrun. Based on the need to maintain the transaction order and transaction security of various brands of E-commerce platforms under Spectrun, Spectrun has the right to take measures such as closing relevant transaction orders, restricting account use functions, suspending or terminating services without prior notice to you.
4.3 Formation and effectiveness of the contract. After you place an order through the e-commerce platforms of various brands under Spectrun, it only means that the system has received your order. Only when you pay the price, the sales contract between you and the Spectrun is established; only when you pay and the purchase is successful, the sales contract between you and the Spectrun becomes effective.
4.4 Real evaluation. You have the right to evaluate the goods or services you purchased in the evaluation system provided by the e-commerce platforms of various brands under Spectrun. All your evaluation behaviors should comply with laws and regulations and/or the relevant provisions of the e-commerce platform rules of various brands under Spectrun, and the evaluation content should be ive and true, and should not contain any foul language, pornography, advertising information and laws and regulations that are inconsistent with this Other prohibited information listed in the agreement; you may not use improper means to help others increase their credit or use evaluation rights to threaten or blackmail other users.Spectrun may block the illegal information released by you in accordance with laws and regulations and/or the relevant provisions of the rules of e-commerce platforms of various brands under Spectrun, and has the right to take measures such as identity verification and restriction of purchases against you depending on the situation.
4.5 Commodity information. The e-commerce platforms of various brands under Spectrun try their best to provide accurate, complete, reliable, effective, and free of errors and misleading product deions. However, please fully understand that the information is inaccurate due to page caching and other circumstances. There is a large amount of information on the e-commerce platforms of various brands under Spectrun. Due to the limitations of Internet technology and manpower, e-commerce brands under Spectrun cannot Guarantee that the information of all products on the platform is accurate, complete, reliable, valid, free from errors and not misleading. Except for the obvious faults of the e-commerce platforms of various brands under Spectrun, Spectrun shall not bear any responsibility for disputes caused by product information.
4.6 Handling of abnormal orders. Spectrun reserves the right to limit the total sales quantity of a single product, the purchase quantity of a single order and the same IP address to limit the purchase quantity of similar products, and take measures such as monitoring and restricting abnormal orders and abnormal users. If Spectrun finds that the orders you placed through the e-commerce platforms of various brands under Spectrun have violations of laws and regulations or abnormal circumstances stipulated in this agreement,Spectrun has the right to close the relevant transaction orders, restrict the use of accounts, suspend or termination of services and other measures without prior notice to you.
4.7 Handling of violations. If you violate national laws and regulations, this agreement, infringe on the interests of others, the interests of Spectrun or the public interest, or seriously violate social morality when you are using the e-commerce platforms of various brands under Spectrun, Spectrun has the right to take measures to block relevant Information, suspension or termination of service and other processing measures.
4.8 Legal Liability. You understand and agree that you shall bear the legal responsibility for third-party claims arising from your violation of this agreement or the e-commerce rules of various brands under Spectrun; and you shall also compensate for any losses suffered by the platform as a result.
5. Fees
5.1 Fees. Except as otherwise stipulated in this agreement, the e-commerce platforms of various brands under Supertron temporarily provide you with free services and do not charge you any fees. However, Spectrun reserves the right to charge fees, including setting software functions for charging, determining charging s, charging time periods or charging rates, etc.
5.2 Fee Rules. Before charging, Spectrun will give advance notice through the notification method stipulated in this agreement or the rules of Spectrun. If you do not agree with the charging rules of Spectrun, you should stop using the Spectrun platform immediately; if you continue to use Spectrun's various brand e-commerce platforms, it is deemed that you accept the relevant charging rules, and you should pay corresponding fees to Spectrun in accordance with the charging rules.
6. Ownership and intellectual property rights
6.1 Intellectual Property Rights of the Platform. Any codes, trademarks, service marks, trade names, graphics, artwork, photographs, likenesses, textual content, audio, video, button icons, and computer software, logos, digital downloads, data compilations, etc. It is the property of Spectrun or its content providers, and is protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China on copyright, trademark rights and other property ownership.
6.2 Authorization to the Platform. With regard to the relevant intellectual property rights of information or materials (including but not limited to text, pictures, videos, audios, etc.) Grant Spectrun and its affiliates the right to obtain a worldwide exclusive license and the right to sublicense to other third parties. You consent to the storage, use, reproduction, revision, editing, publication, display, translation, distribution or production of derivative works of your non-personal information by Spectrun and its affiliates in any form, media or technology known or hereafter developed Incorporate the above information into other works.
7. User Rules
7.1 Prohibited Conduct. You shall not engage in any acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of Spectrun, or conduct other acts that damage the legitimate rights and interests of Spectrun or other users, including but not limited to:
1) Delete or modify the copyright information on the e-commerce platforms of various brands under Spectrun;
2) Unauthorized renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reprinting, compiling, publishing, publishing, and establishing mirror sites of the e-commerce platforms of various brands under Spectrun and related information therein, with the help of e-commerce platforms of various brands of Spectrun Develop related derivative products, works, services, plug-ins, plug-ins, compatibility, interconnection, etc.;
3) Build various plug-in programs or other third-party programs in the e-commerce platforms of various brands under Spectrun, or produce, publish, and disseminate the above-mentioned programs, regardless of whether it is for commercial purposes or not;
4) Compile, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise crack the behavior of the e-commerce platforms of various brands under Spectrun;
5) Use plug-ins and/or exploit bugs in the e-commerce platforms of various brands under Spectrun to obtain improper benefits;
6) Using technologies such as hijacking of domain name servers to illegally invade and destroy the server software systems of various brands of e-commerce platforms under Spectrun, or modify, add, delete, steal, intercept, and replace the clients of e-commerce platforms of all brands under Spectrun and/or the data in the server software system, or illegally occupy the server space of the e-commerce platforms of various brands under Spectrun, or implement other behaviors that overload it;
7) Post any fraudulent or false information by counterfeiting Spectrun;
8) Use the e-commerce platforms of various brands under Spectrun to intentionally spread malicious programs or computer viruses.
7.2 Release of information. You shall abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the country, and shall not publish, repost or disseminate information containing the following content on the Spectrun platform:
1) Objecting to the basic principles established by the Constitution;
2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
3) Damage to national honor and interests;
4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
5) Undermining the state's religious policy, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;
7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crimes;
8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
9) Contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
7.3 Legal liability. You need to bear legal responsibility for your remarks and actions on the e-commerce platforms of various brands under Spectrun. If you violate the provisions of national laws and regulations, the system records of e-commerce platforms of all brands under Spectrun may become the evidence of your violation of laws and regulations.
9. Personal information protection and authorization
9.1 Authorization to Collect. You fully understand and agree that Spectrun may collect your personal information, such as your name, email address, address, phone number and others, through the e-commerce platforms of all brands under Spectrun when you voluntarily choose services or provide information, identity information, and etc. We may retain some user usage habit information to better understand and serve users. These data will help us develop functions, information and services that better meet user needs.
9.2 Technical limitations. Spectrun will use various security technologies and procedures to prevent the loss, improper use, unauthorized reading or disclosure of your and other users' personal information. However, you fully understand and agree that due to technical limitations and possible malicious means, in the internet industry, even if you do your best to strengthen security measures, it is impossible to always guarantee 100% security of information.
10. Term, Cancellation and Termination
10.1 Term. This agreement will take effect from the date you your consent and will be valid for a long time.
10.2 Cancellation of Account. Cancellation of account. You can request to cancel the account and terminate this agreement according to the method announced by the platform. The conditions for canceling the account are announced on the Spectrun platform. You know and understand the following:
1) After canceling the account, you will give up the account information and the assets, virtual rights, etc. of the account in Spectrun, and Spectrun cannot restore the aforementioned services for you. This may cause inconvenience to your claim for after-sales service.
2) After you cancel your account, your personal information will not be retrieved or accessed at the front desk of Spectrun. You know and understand that relevant transaction records must be kept within the time limit prescribed by law.
10.3 Termination of Agreement. In the event of any of the following situations, Spectrun may notify you to terminate this Agreement in the manner stipulated in this Agreement:
1) You violate this agreement, and Spectrun terminates this agreement according to the breach of contract;
2) If you embezzle other people's accounts, publish prohibited information, defraud others of their property, disrupt market order, take improper means to seek profits, etc., Spectrun will seal your account according to Spectrun's rules;
3) In addition to the above circumstances, because you have repeatedly violated the relevant provisions of the rules of the company and the circumstances are serious, the company has sealed your account according to the rules of the company;
4) Your account is recovered by Spectrun;
5) Other situations where the service should be terminated.
10.4 Follow-up matters. Dealing with the subsequent matters of agreement termination or rescission:
1) From the date of termination or rescission of this agreement, Spectrun will close your account authority on the Spectrun platform.
2) After the termination or rescission of this agreement, Spectrun has the right to retain your registration information and transaction records and other data, but Spectrun undertakes the obligation to provide any data information to you or a third party after the agreement is terminated, and will not The termination of the agreement shall be liable to you or any third party, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
3) After the termination or rescission of this Agreement, Spectrun still reserves the right to pursue responsibility for your past breaches.​​​​​​​
11. Force majeure
11.1 If a party fails to perform in time or fails to perform any of its obligations under this agreement (except for payment obligations) due to force majeure events, it does not constitute a breach of contract. However, the party affected by the force majeure event shall immediately notify the other party of the nature and extent of the force majeure event, and actively take corresponding remedial measures to minimize and avoid losses.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
12.1 Applicable Law. The conclusion, entry into force, interpretation, revision, supplement, termination, execution and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; if there are no relevant provisions in the law, business practices and/or industry practices shall be referred to.
12.2 Agreed Jurisdiction. For disputes arising from or related to this agreement, both parties shall first try to resolve them through friendly negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days from the date of the dispute, either party has the right to file a lawsuit, and both parties agree that the people's court of the place where Spectrun (Xiamen) Brand Management Co., Ltd. is domiciled shall have jurisdiction.
13. Notification
13.1 Effective Address. The contact phone number, email address, and contact address you filled in when you registered the account of each brand e-commerce platform under Spectrun are regarded as your valid notification address. If the above information changes, you should update it in time. If the contact information you provided is inaccurate, or the contact information after the change is not notified in time, the relevant notice (including but not limited to agreement changes, legal documents, etc.) cannot be delivered or If it is not delivered in time, you will bear the possible legal consequences by yourself.
13.2 Delivery of notices. Spectrun will send you notifications through the above contact information, including written notices sent electronically, including but not limited to announcements on e-commerce platforms of all brands under Spectrun, sending mobile phone text messages to the contact numbers you provide, and sending you Send emails from the provided email address, send system messages and in-site messages to your user account of Spectrun, and it will be deemed to have been delivered after successful sending; written notices sent in paper media should be mailed to the provided contact address The fifth calendar day shall be deemed to have been delivered.
13.3 Service of Legal Documents. For any disputes related to the Spectrun platform, you agree that the administrative, public security, judicial and other competent authorities may serve legal documents to you by means of mobile phone text messages, emails, system messages, or in-site letters, and the competent authorities shall contact the above-mentioned issuing the legal document by means of the method is deemed to be served; if the legal document is served to you by more than one of the above methods at the same time, the delivery time shall be subject to the first one. You agree that the above delivery method is applicable to the whole process of administrative, arbitration, judicial and other legal procedures.

14.1 Independence of Terms. If any provision of this agreement, or any part of any provision, is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable under applicable law, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of this agreement or effect of any other part of these terms.
14.2 Reservation of platform rights. Other rights not expressly authorized by this agreement are still reserved by Spectrun, and users cannot exercise them without the written permission of Spectrun, and the failure of Spectrun to exercise any of the aforementioned rights does not constitute a waiver of rights.
14.3 The role of the label. The titles of the terms of this agreement are for reference only and do not define, affect or limit the meaning, deion and interpretation of the terms of this agreement.
14.4 Effective Date. This Agreement is effective as last revised on May 1, 2023.
